Clear Channel Prize FAQs
When can I pick up my prize?
The Clear Channel Baltimore offices are open for prize pick up Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm, with the exception of the days and early closing times below for 2012:

Can someone else pick up my prize?
You may have someone else pick up your prize as long as:
- The person has a photo copy of your drivers license
- You
email Dustin Sugar-Moore, Promotions Coordinator to inform him of the change
- If your prize is valued at $100 or more the person picking up your prize must also have a W-9 form filled out by you (the winner) along with a photo copy of your ID in order to pick up the prize
- If you are unsure of the value of your prize you can
email Dustin Sugar-Moore. If the person picking up your prize does not have a copy of your (the winners) photo ID and W-9 if necessary WQSR will not release the prize.
Can prizes be mailed?
Prizes cannot be mailed.
Can my tickets be left at Will-Call?
Tickets will not be left at will-call unless you win the prize the day of, or day before the event. In this case winners will be told when they win that their tickets will be left at will-call. If your tickets are being left at will-call you must have a valid photo ID with the name given to the station when you won (winner's name) to pick up your tickets. Otherwise winners need to pick up their tickets at the station before the date of the show.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
All prizes expire 30 days after the date they were won. For example: If you win on January 1st, your prize is expired and forfeited if it has not been picked up by January 31st. Expired prizes may be given away again to another winner.
Will I be taxed on my prize?
You will be taxed on your prize only if:
- Your prize is valued at more than $600
- The value of all prizes won in a year meets or exceeds $600
If I am a Loyal Listener Winner of the day can I choose which CD I want?
No, daily loyal listeners are given a CD chosen at random from the CD closet.
