Rockers come together as guests on new K'naan album

Bono and Keith Richards are among the guests on Somali pop singer K'Naan's (pr: KAY-nahn) new album, Country, God or the Girl, which is due out October 16th.

They're not the only musicians adding some rock to a new pop outing. The Black Keys' Patrick Carney, Ben Folds, Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips and Iggy Pop have guest shots on Ke$ha's upcoming Warrior, which will be released on December 4th.

K’Naan is also taking part in the Global Poverty Project’s Global Festival, a free-ticketed concert in New York's Central Park on September 29th. It also features The Black Keys, Neil Young and Foo Fighters.
