Morrissey hospitalized with double pneumonia

Morrissey is suffering yet another health setback.  The former Smiths frontman is now battling pneumonia in both lungs and is hospitalized for treatment in San Francisco. 

A statement posted on the Morrissey fan site True to You, says the singer's canceled San Francisco concert date over the weekend has been rescheduled for May 1st.  The statement also says he's still on course to perform in Mexico City on Thursday. 

Morrissey's next U.S. concert date is scheduled for Lawrence, Kansas on March 18th. 

The rocker was forced to cancel several shows in January after it was revealed that he was suffering from a bleeding ulcer and a throat condition known as Barrett's esophagus.
